Austin Event Rentals is the tent, table, and event-furniture desk of Austin Bounce House Rentals. The work is delivery, setup, and removal for planners who need a vendor that reads as calm on a short list.
Who runs it
Jeff Roberts operates Austin Bounce House Rentals. The parent company’s motto is “Grow, Give & Be Grateful.” This site is the event desk: corporate events, weddings, galas, school and church festivals, company picnics, and private celebrations. It is not a bounce-house catalog with a different logo.

Service area
Greater Austin, with a strong south-metro base: Buda, Kyle, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Manchaca, and Maxwell, plus Austin proper and the Hill Country edge. If a venue sits just outside that list, ask. We would rather say no than imply a drive we do not make.
Insurance and setup
A certificate of insurance is available on request. Name the venue on the quote.
Frame tents are installed by our tent team. Stakes go into turf when the venue allows them. Weights are used on hard surfaces and on lawns that cannot be pierced. Some table-and-chair orders are delivered for the planner to style. The quote states which kind of order you are booking.
We do not claim a date is open until it has been checked on the live calendar. We are not the venue, and we do not take a commission on the room.
