What we typically rent here
The venue states they already provide padded ceremony chairs and 60-inch rounds. Do not lead with a 50-chair package as if the room is empty. Lead with lighting, a dance floor if they need one, extra cocktail tables, and a 10×10 vendor canopy. Lawn games only if that specific hall allows them. A 16-hour rental window is their published window, not ours.
Outside rentals often allowed. Confirm with the venue.
