What we typically rent here
Halls this size often already have some furniture. Sell overflow banquet tables, extra white chairs, a check-in canopy, and a dance floor if they do not own one. Carnival or a concession station fits a family event only after you confirm what is already in-house and whether the grounds allow it.
Outside rentals often allowed. Confirm with the venue.
